Reservation & Payment
This agreement applies to all reservations arranged by WellConcierge® and is designed to ensure a seamless and secure guest experience.
Occupancy & Use
These terms apply to all villa reservations arranged by WellConcierge®. By submitting payment, the guest confirms they have read and agreed to these terms.
Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed once payment has been received in full or according to the booking terms provided at the time of reservation. Payments may be processed through Stripe, Guesty, or other authorized payment processors. By submitting payment, the guest authorizes the processing of charges related to the reservation under these Terms & Conditions.
Occupancy & Use
Only the registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to occupy the property.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy permitted for the villa unless approved in writing.
The property may not be used for events, parties, commercial purposes, or gatherings without prior written approval.
Guests agree to respect the property, its contents, and the surrounding community.
Identification Requirement
The primary guest may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to arrival for security and registration purposes.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Standard check-in time: 4:00 PM
Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.
Damages & Incidentals
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
By submitting payment, the guest authorizes WellConcierge® to charge the payment method on file for:
• damage to the property
• missing items
• excessive cleaning
• unpaid incidentals
• rule violations requiring remediation
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking may be permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required due to smoking within the property.
Conduct & Neighborhood Respect
Many villas arranged by WellConcierge® are located in private residential communities. Guests agree to respect neighboring properties and maintain reasonable noise levels, particularly during evening hours.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal substances, firearms, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Neither the property owner nor WellConcierge® is responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the stay.
Cancellations & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the unlikely event the reserved property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, a comparable accommodation may be offered or a refund issued.
Force Majeure
Neither WellConcierge® nor the property owner shall be responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:
• natural disasters
• hurricanes
• government travel restrictions
• airline disruptions
• utility outages
• infrastructure interruptions
• other events impacting travel or the property.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen cancellations, travel delays, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
Guest Services & Property Management
Local property management and on-island support may be provided by a designated property management team.
WellConcierge® acts as a booking and concierge coordination service and remains available for planning, travel coordination, and concierge services throughout the stay.
Liability
Use of the property and its amenities is at the guest’s own risk.
WellConcierge® shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage occurring during the stay.
Acceptance of Terms
Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and forms a binding rental agreement.
